What kind of spiritual principles do you teach, and how can they help me?

I teach a positive and interfaith spirituality in which God is a gracious, loving God, who created us to be whole, perfect and complete. I teach the power of positive thinking, affirmative prayer and visualization. I draw upon religious truths from many world traditions. I believe God wants us to be joyous, abundant, and loving towards ourselves and others. We are here to grow in consciousness and be the best we can be.

We will apply these principles to bringing about your vision. You will learn to focus and attract to you the experiences and situations you most desire.

I share my expertise as an educator, author and spiritual director to direct you in the most helpful and compassionate way possible. My clients consider me to be an excellent listener, and someone of great insight who helps direct people clearly and practically.

What if I’m not religious?

Great question. I don’t push any one religion on my clients. Be who you are. I draw from a number of religious traditions from around the world and throughout history. I believe that no one has a monopoly on God, so it is not necessary to believe in one tradition over another one. It’s ok if you do, & it’s ok if you don’t. As long as you are comfortable with the idea of a general spirituality, and can acknowledge a creative, universal presence who you may understand as God or Spirit or Energy, then we can work together.

How much does it cost?

You've probably seen individual coaching sessions with experts cost thousands of dollars. Well, I want to help people at a level they can afford. I'm setting aside my regular rate of $300 an hour to reach people who most need to transform their lives. Your one on one coaching sessions with me will be an affordable $100 an hour. That's a $200 savings to you for my personalized coaching. As my schedule fills, and my time becomes less available I may not be able to maintain this reduced rate, but if you lock it in now, I will honor it throughout our time together.

Ok, I’m interested. How do we work together?

We will work together in individual consultation in person or by phone. I use an action plan to help uncover what is already inside of you. We work through what’s been holding you back, & I challenge you on an ongoing basis to create your life the way you want. You will begin to be enthusiastic, inspired and exhilarated. Our sessions are 1 hour, and the number of sessions will be worked out on an individual basis.
